SALE ITEMS
All items purchased on sale or at a discounted price are strictly final sale and are not eligible for replacement, exchange, or any other form of remedy.
Please note:
Sale items are clearly marked on our shop page. By completing a purchase on a sale item, you acknowledge and agree that the sale is final.

FACTORY DEFECTS & DAMAGED ITEMS
We take quality seriously. If you receive an item that has a confirmed factory defect or was damaged prior to delivery, we will replace it at no charge to you — with the exception of return shipping costs.
To be eligible for a defect replacement:
You must contact us within 7 days of receiving your order
You must provide photos clearly showing the defect or damage
The item must be unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition
The defect must be a manufacturing issue — not caused by normal wear, improper care, or misuse
Shipping costs:
Return shipping for defective items is the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot be held responsible for lost packages.

HOW TO SUBMIT A CLAIM
If you believe your item qualifies under our defect policy, please follow these steps:
Email us at huntsmanelite@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery
Use the subject line: Defect Claim – [Your Order Number]
Include your full name, order number, and a description of the issue
Attach clear photos of the defect from multiple angles
We aim to respond to all claims within 2–3 business days. Claims submitted after the 7-day window will not be accepted.
